But no, its just our villa in Canggu. I love the beaches (not so much for baovuong), but we do love the privacy of our own pool. In Bali, it is affordable to find a villa with a private pool. Go for it!
The Canggu area is still in heavy development. There is only one single lane main road shared among cars, trucks and hundreds of motorbikes. Took us 1.5 hours to get to the villa from the airport.
We stayed a bit north of Canggu and it was perfect because it was quiet and far from the busy main road. It was also very close to the babi Babi Guling (suckling pig) Nasi Campur that we ate every night (more pics to come)
