Wherever you are, be fully there.
You don’t have to be in Bali to be present. (Although I will admit, it’s easy to stay in awe when you’re surrounded by ancient temples and luscious jungle.)
The point is, being fully present and mindful can help relieve stress and anxiety instantly, allowing you to think more clearly and calmly, no matter where you are or how you spend your day.
Right now, take three deep, slow breaths and be fully present.
