Baths
Baths are a great way to practice self-care. Theyre grounding and leave us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The spas are closed right now, but you can create your own mini-spa at home. Throw some Epsom salt and essential oils in the tub and light a candle. If youre feeling extra, add some rose petals and coconut milk, or apply a face mask. (No, not that kind )
Sip some herbal tea and play some relaxing music while you soak it all in.
