It always surprises me when North Americans take a 20-hour flight to Bali when they have better beaches a lot closer to home. Australians I can understand they can take a direct flight there that takes between 3 hours 40 minutes to 6 hours depending where they live.

Melatonin is banned in certain countries and could land you in jail. If you don’t believe me google the British tourist who went to jail in Dubai.Check the local laws. Try the Alaskan bear mask. Been using it for 3 years now.
