I went in Bali this year january to february and I loved it!! <3 Definitely going back there. We were on Canggu and I looooovelovelove that place. Nice restaurants (Peloton, The Shady Shack, The Old Mans etc.), lovely people and great beaches to go to surf.Also good party places like place called pretty poison 🙂 We also went to Ubud to see 2x waterfalls and also Gili air. I enjoyed my time there so much that I can't wait to go back there!

Nikki I’m a traveler and I love to stay in hostels! You meet cool people and they are in prime locations. They are not glamorous by any means but you get 100% authentic vibes from that country. It seems like you didn’t get to eat ethnic food. Resorts are not the same unless you are just looking to relax.

The world really is a beautiful place. So much to explore outside North America. I had visited resorts in Sri Lanka and so breath taking the resort and ocean views. Malaysia is amazing too. I’m glad you got out to see more. I miss traveling! Sometimes maybe your second hotel you were meant to be there for a reason. Take it as a blessing. :)..you would be surprised the hotels in Asia. It’s not necessarily American style it’s just not everything is gonna be holistic if you know what I mean haha.
