Fred and Inez have been in Villa Murai since mid Feb. Their stay has unexpectedly expanded due to the pandemic and with their characteristic positivity and love, they’re making the most of this newfound time Their days are full of growth and abundance, from Bahasa lessons so they can truly engage with the local community, or working on their body and mind through cycling trips, hikes, swims and work outs With all this time on their hands, they’re also able to reflect on the simplicity of life and how to be present in the moment.
