I’m finding myself afraid to move at the moment…my mind and bones are locked, which, as a yoga teacher and dancer is a hard thing to admit and see in myself.

These are really uncertain times- we’re afraid of touching each other, of breathing, of the future and where we’re headed. And alongside the numerous conspiracy theories about what’s really going on- who do we trust?

If you’ve been living with PTSD, you could be, like me, naturally hyper sensitive & possibly feeling this universal angst tenfold. .

The emotions & sensations that movement brings up can be so overwhelming. The physical pain that can arise can be so uncomfortable at times, you understandably don’t want to feel it. But this time will pass-the fear is essentially just in our minds and a natural stress response we can navigate our way through.
