Man, you make me miss So Cal so much, since the city that I left, had everything from Peruvian, to Chinese, to all kinds of Japanese (including Shabu Shabu, and made to order ramen), fresh Indian all you can eat, and many, many AYCE korean BBQ’s. Here in AZ, out in the boonies, food is SO bad, and so white. Now on the lockdown, I am just making very simple things at home, like salad from the Salad N Go drive through, and some homemade organic cheese quesadilla. Organic oat cheerios with organic soy oil and organic sugar with an organic banana. I keep it simple. In this lockdown, I sure as hell wish I were eating what you are eating. Enjoy!

If you ever come to sweden once this crazynes with Corvi-19 is over or has calmed down you need to get an app for a resturant called Pinchos it holds both the menue and the payment method and its a really good resturant I have been twice and I whole heartedly recomend you go there if you ever come to Sweden and here is the thing the portions are small enought that you could try everything in one evening but note they give you the table for about two hours so you can enjoy the food and atmosphere in the place. but ask first if you wanna record.

There is actually fish market like those in Philipines close to where your last meal was. It’s only open until 5 PM. I had my seafood grilled there so many times.

As an eastern north Carolina native I am disappointed by the misrepresentation of our bbq flavor. It’s mostly spicy vinegars with a slight sweet tomato hint. Of course we cook down onions and garlic along with other seasonings but THAT wasn’t the profile any trust me that it’s a flavor you want to get right. Its the best!
