Awareness is the step before action.

Most of us shift states from stress into pleasure unconsciously; otherwise, life would be unbearable. But when we become conscious and aware, then we can choose to shift our state in an instant.

My book will help you to become aware so you can take conscious action based on the practices in the Seven Pillar framework. It is all about taking consistent action, its a pathway to living your best life.
