Another way to make Affogato that our guest sometimes ask.
1. Pack the vanilla ice cream till it’s packed completely at the bottom of the glass.
2. Pull directly double ristretto on top of it.
3. Enjoy it one scoop at a time. Let the coffee blend slowly with the ice cream.
