rawtransitiondiet caught me devouring my new favourite fruit today
The white mango! Other common names Jack, Wani and yaLam (wiki).
These were being sold at the side of the road in Ubud and are native to Bali apparently. To me it tasted like a soursop crossed with a pear with a whisper of mint. Super grateful to rawtransitiondiet for introducing me to this incredible fruit and catching my first try on and adding that filter, took 5 years off me Completely lost in the deliciousness.
Theres such a magical energy here in Ubud.
