From an Indo person perspective, this is nothing new. Haha Bali is overcrowded and hot AF. And if u dont speak Bahasa, some places will charge u double. Also I dont see Sundai eating any local food (or I might have missed it in another vlog) but the local food are definitely one of the best thing about bali.

Yes…I definitely don’t think that you were complaining. I had a similar experience on an island trip in Thailand. I loved some parts of it, but to be honest, the entire package was a waste of money…for similar reasons that you stated in this video. Side note, your sister’s purple wig is everything!!

Omg I am so sorry u had such a bad experience to and at Nusa! People in Indonesia do tend to overpack their boats, especially for tourism, so that they could get more money…even if it results in a super uncomfortable experience for the customers. There have been ships and boats that sink because they were overpacked with tourists.

When I was little in Indonesia, I ALWAYS got mosquito bites too on my legs and I have the kind of skin that scars easily so I used to get so many mosquito bites to a point that my legs ended up with dark spots (scarring from all the scratching)! And yeah, some places in Indonesia don’t have AC so Everytime I go back there and stay at my birthparents’ house, I rarely leave the house or I just stick to hotels with AC!
