Why we started Anupaya Adventure in the first place

As I’m putting the final touches on our Spirit of Bali Orientation Package today, I am reminded of WHY we started Anupaya Adventure in the first place.
Travelling is so incredible, hey?
Breaking down fears and stereotypes.
Connecting us to new people and different cultures.
We grow, we expand, we gain perspective.
We experience empathy and compassion.
We start to feel connected to the places we visit and begin to see that were all so much more alike than we were previously taught to believe.
Travelling done RIGHT enhances local communities so that they are at once tourist attractions, but also better places for the folks who live there and call it home.
Travelling with social impact in mind, making thoughtful and deliberate decisions aligned with our values, creating meaningful experiences, facilitating learning opportunities and engaging with and supporting businesses that care is WHY we do what we do.
