Bali inspired me to eat a lot more veggies than I used to and of course to eat more tofu & tempeh.
I rather spend a bit more money than buying veggies packed in plastic and therefore I mostly go to an organic store. Also I love to integrate at least one protein source into my main meals. I usually go for tofu or tempeh made out of lupins. Im still a huge fan of legumes & soy curd. What about your favourite protein source?
