While in Bali my family and I had the opportunity to go to the blessing temple! This was such an amazing experience to learn more about the Hindu religion and their beliefs.
We prayed to the Gods asking for them to allow us into the temple, washed our face and mouths 3 times, presented an offering, prayed over various flowers and Balinese coins, submerged ourselves into the holy water and the blessed our minds, body and mouth (I.e. rice on my forehead in a previous post).
