Meditation is a practice we encourage at Bliss, and when were surrounded by gorgeous rainforest and Bali sunshine, its hard not to reach a point of true zen.
Meditative practice is something women can do every day to help reduce stress, control anxiety, enhance selfawareness and promote emotional health. While finding the calm and clarity is easy in the beauty of our Balinese landscape, you can also achieve meditative bliss in the comfort of your own home.
We suggest making a space just for you, where you can truly connect with your thoughts and clear your mind. Set aside a comfortable chair or cosy nook in your most peaceful space and take ten minutes out of your day to recentre and reconnect with your breathing.
