One of my holiday destinations in 2017 was Bali (Seminyak). The place i stayed at had amazing food and one of the breakfast options was banana pancakes. Oh my! My mouth is watering right now . Those pancakes were something else. I decided to re create something similar and my results are above. They were delicious, light (im very surprised at this) and fluffy. Definitely satisfied my craving!
