Pretending we can still travel.

I had the idea that Bali was slightly overrated and in a way I was right. We enjoyed our stay in Ubud though and I became dangerously shophaholic while I was there because it is still one of the most interesting places for handicrafts in South East Asia. We shared our bungalow with a gigantic gecko who kept us awake at night and our view on the rice paddies was magnificent. We spent a couple of days at the beach after Ubud and we were shocked to see so much traffic and so many tourists.
