Peri peri seafood platter.

Peri peri seafood platter…. What a soulfull diner!! Me and my fiance succesfully recreated this amazing food. Inspiration of this foos is from my trip to south africa 2 years ago. We were in Mjejane Game Reserve for game drive (safari), that is located in komatjiepoort, border of South Africa and mozambique. Wewent to this seafood restaurant called tambarina, they have amazing seafood platter with peri peri sauce and selection portuguesse wine. Their peri peri sauce is so good, from what I recall. It was tangy and garlicy, also the sauce taste like been made for a while so all the flavours come together beautifully, I dont know what to call it sort of fermented a bit
And tonight the combination of fresh seafood from Bali local seller, with tangy and spicy peri peri sauce accompanied with chardonay. Every bite reminds me of hot summer holiday night by the beach. The food is so good, it really is takes my mind of the world situation, I guess I will have beautiful dreams tonight. It was so good, although not comparable with the original one.
