It really sucks when you feel pain in your body.. physical pain can be really an obstacle..it can stop you from doing things you love, mess up your mood and make the quality of your life poor… And those who do yoga on daily basis know the power and benefits of this practice.. Ah thanks god for this wisdom..
Recognize your pain, Accept it and love it. Dont have expectations but keep practicing, listening deeper to your body and itll say Thank you
