SatayorsateinIndonesian is aSoutheast Asiandish ofseasoned,skeweredandgrilled meat, served with asauce. The meat can be chicken, mutton, pork or beef. I however had chicken satay.
The sauce was a mixture of soy and peanut and was quite spicy.
I found this beauty in the streets of Bali, Indonesia and it’s a must try if u ever visit there.
