As your retreat specialists, we will prepare the itinerary, book the activities/accommodation, provide marketing material (add your retreat to Soul Bliss Journeyswebsite and design a flyer), arrange for transportation including airport transfers, find suitable restaurants/meals to meet dietary requirements, assist your guests with currency exchange and phone requirements, pick up any necessary supplies (within reason) and be on call 24/7 to help during the retreat. Your retreat planner will meet you and your guests on your first day for the welcome ceremony and Soul Bliss Journeyswill supply a welcome gift pack for each person that includes a sim card and some other gifts. Our aim is to make your retreat as stress free as possible for you and your guests!
