This video was really helpful! When I went to Sekumpul, our taxi took us to a point there you hire a guide for 200 K IDR per person. They took us down what seems like a completely different route than the path you guys took. We got to stand at the top of one of the waterfalls, which was really neat. And there is also a rest station what allows you to see the rice fields nearby from a treehouse. However, the stairs that we had to climb were really scary and steep. The steps were uneven and narrow at some points. There was also a 70 degree drop for one set of stairs, which made for a really difficult hike. That ruined my experience a little because I was so shaken up and extremely exhausted.
