Just left Bali a few days ago, stayed at the Adi Dharma hotel on Jalan Benesari, just of Poppies 2…which leads onto Legian, right between the bomb monument and Skygarden bightclub…was USD$52 per night…..lovely hotel to stay in…only about 10 mins walk to Kuta beach, for those lovely sunsets. Flew 3 hours to Kuala Lumpur, stayed the night, then 14 hours to Amsterdam, 1.5 hours to Dublin…then 3 hour drive to Galway City on the west coast…..its like being in the North Pole…being back home, extra clothes on…gloves, scarf, coat the lot…even have to light the fire around 3pm cos of the cold…..only going to get worse too…..Bbrrrrrrrr!

the sun always set on the horizon and depending on where you are looking it will appear to set over what you can see. Ie if you are facing the water it sets over that and if you are in a mountain it will set over the mountains. Depending on where in the earth you are it will set in the west/ east etc direction.
