I used to blame myself when I was overly insecure. That time I was abandoning my emotion because it makes me feel weak. I was afraid and scared to connect with my emotions.

When we are in the wrong situation, Insecure comes naturally to us as a reminder. we have to do something. We need to stop abandoning our feelings, our emotion and our heart. Your heart speaks the truth. Your heart guides you.

Please dont blame your feelings, don’t tell yourself you are insecure. Let yourself connect to your emotions. Let emotion flow to you. Give yourself space and time for healing. After that set boundaries to protect your energy.

I understand, when you set boundaries to protect your energy, either you have to leave people alone or people have to leave you alone. It doesn’t mean you stop caring for them. You just need to care for yourself first before caring for others.
