Red Margarita
Gede Partiwa is our resident mixologist. He learned his skills and his recipes from many years of working on luxury cruise ships and his repertoire is available only to our guests. Pre-dinner aperitifs are an established tradition at Uluwatu Estate. One of his most popular creations (seen here) is a Red Margarita.
