Yoga lets you feel like your best self. How many times have we stepped on the mat feeling stressed, tired, tensed and uninspired only to step off it after a session feeling completely at ease and brand new?

In addition to lowering stress levels, yoga also helps to increase strength and flexibility, improve posture, enhance blood circulation and improves sleep.

But no matter how many benefits yoga brings us, nothing can ever replace that wonderfully relaxed and spacious feeling that we all get immediately after a session
