Need a bit of help: Iโm 16, 5โ11, 72kg (11 stone 3 ish) and Iโve been weight training for about a year and a half. I have some decent size to me however whilst I was โbulkingโ this winter I gained a lot of extra fat. Debating shredding down for summer as I have holidays/festivals. You may not like this comment but I have to be honest. I watched most of your videos and the quality is not the same as before, can probably tell from view numbers. Maybe you are distracted by other stuff in life for commercial purpose or whatnot, but here is where you started everything, so I think it’s better to have more commitment on youtube. Enjoy your life though!
